CHRONOLOGY:
1) Supercontinent < Soft Impact
2) Flood < Orbiter Tidal Waves; Orbiter = Venus?, Moon?, Mars?,Other?
[[Start with: How could each sed.rock stratum have been laid down over thousands to millions of years if the strata are separated mostly into shale, sandstone and limestone? How could there have been thousands of years of erosion of just clay for shale and thousands of years more of just sand for sandstone and thousands of years of just lime for limestone? Were there mountains of pure clay that eroded for millennia and then mountains of rock or sand and then mountains of lime that each eroded in succession? Lime is likely from seawater. Obviously, the sediments didn't come from space, at least where there are fossils, which occur in almost all of them. The only known means of separating sediment types is by flood. And the thicker the different types of strata are, the greater the flood would have been to deposit them.
3) Rapid Continental Drift < Impact
[[The continents were not on a "conveyor belt" in the Earth's thousand mile thick Mantle. They were likely on the Moho like they are now. The Moho is a plasma layer under the continents formed by tidal action from the pull of the Moon's gravity. The continents are pulled up about a meter under the Moon, which mixing action forms the meter-thick plasma. Before the supercontinent broke up, the Moho must have been at about the present depth. This means the Moon or another large body was close enough to Earth to form the earlier Moho layer. Because of the very low friction plasma Moho layer, the continents that split off of the supercontinent were able to slide over it over a very short time period to near their present locations. The Moho also exists under the oceans about 5 miles deep, whereas under the continents it's about 20 miles deep. For a continent to move, it would have to slide over the ocean crust, or the ocean crust would have
